LeadTime

Generally, most of our products are in stock, your order will be shipped out within 1-3 workdays after your payment is verified. But in case of any hot products are temporarily out of stock, we will contact you ASAP through emails to ask an extension or change other items or any of your suggestions.

Delivery

All packages are sent from China by default, it will take about 8-12 business days for the delivery normally from China.

Tracking Notification

An email with the tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped. We will also keep you updated with the latest tracking updates via email so please monitor closely. Please allow 1-2 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If your tracking number isn't getting any updates within the standard time frame above, please contact our Customer Support (support@pokkilite.com). We will help you locate your order.

In most cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated time of delivery. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, high order volume during sales seasons and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most up to date delivery date.

Shipping Address

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.
If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
If your package has not been delivered for a long time or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our Customer Support (support@pokkilite.com) immediately.
